Very friendly staff with reasonable prices

It is a comprehensive builders merchants while deliver and are very helpful. Gets very busy with local builders but does serve the general public too. Can be tricky to park so watch out when you get in there. Wide range of items in the shop and outside in terms of timber.

I cannot praise this business highly enough. They carried out my fencing and paving requirements fantastically well, working through snow and sub-zero temperatures to complete the job on time. Very polite and pleasant lads, who left the site spotlessly clean, and whom I would not hesitate to recommend.

Could not be happier with the quality and service from Jenner Landscapes, just had a large shed built, my driveway and patio power washed and re-pointed and a new fence installed.

One of the best independent BMW workshops out there. I travel all the way from London for my repairs. Honest and won't do unnecessary work.

Informative visit

This is how shops always were and how they still should be. Dom has always been friendly and welcoming to my wife and me and he gives every customer his full attention. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Not only does Dom look after our bicycles but he also stocks quality car parts such as wiper blades and he can obtain many other vehicle parts on request. A lovely, friendly shop which we travel from another town to visit.

Great local treasure trove of bike parts and expertise. Dom makes sure you are buying what you need and will explain how to use it. Faster and better than online!

We used this Surab to supply and install a new boiler ( Worcester ) The service was excellent. The engineers were polite, courteous and explained everything to use. They worked in a very clean and tidy manner removing all rubbish from site. We were very happy with the service and would recommend.

Peter at Wendover Computers has set up my new computers and has been efficient , helpful and understanding to someone who is not that computer literate. He responds quickly to help calls and e-mails. I certainly recomend him

Probably the best barber's in the area, great location and love the fact that you can have a beer whilst you get your haircut! All the staff are great and know their stuff, I travel all the way from Wycombe to get my haircut which says sonesomet about how good they are.

Thank you for looking after Olive so well, she has clearly had a brilliant time with you. We were concerned because we have not boarded her for two weeks before and we’re not sure how she would adapt, however we were delighted to be met by a very healthy and happy dog.

Every time we go away I feel happy knowing my baby boy is having a fun holiday of his own! I searched far and wide to find boarding for my naughty pooch and was so grateful to stumble upon this gem, all the staff at Maccabees have been exceptional every time. My dog is a troubled 2 year old rescue who loves to play with other dogs but struggles with new humans. But after gentle introductions he is comfortable with everyone there - even the men! And I'm so pleased knowing he is getting great exercise and socialisation, rough and tumbling to his heart's content. This most recent visit has been long and was at very short notice after I was scheduled for urgent spinal surgery. The whole team have been incredibly kind and accomodating throughout - and for this I will be forever grateful. As long as you're here Maccabees, we will never go anywhere else. A massive thank you to you all! And a beefy lick from Bello. X

The librarians are very welcoming and always willing to help. Good choices of books and a lot to do with the younger ones! It is a very nice place to spend some time and meet people.

Great local library. Lovely children's sessions and helpful staff. Also has tourist information in there.

Everything you need

Tony was our photographer at our wedding last September and was fantastic! Photographing two camera shy people can't be an easy task but Tony made us feel comfortable and at ease. The shots he took are beautiful and his ideas of what would make a good photo were spot on. I'd definitely recommend Tony to anyone looking for a damn good photographer!
